In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gg825" — refers to the gg825 platform, its operating company, and any subsidiaries or affiliates responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Platform" — the gg825 website accessible at https://gg825.pro, including all sub-pages, mobile web versions, and any applications made available by gg825.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses gg825's services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all gg825 services.

• "Wallet" — the single Rupiah (IDR) balance held within a Player's Account, used to fund gameplay across all product verticals.

Supported Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval).
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC-20 (subject to separate cryptocurrency terms).

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time following bank or e-wallet confirmation. gg825 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gg825 does not accept deposits made on behalf of other persons.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals requested on unverified Accounts will be queued until identity documentation is provided and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing time is under three minutes on average for verified Accounts transacting via local banks and e-wallets.
• gg825 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified by email if such checks are initiated.

• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered in connection with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of the promotion.

All games and sportsbook markets offered on the gg825 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or market listing. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Collusion & Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, use automated betting software, exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Minimum & Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by gg825 at its discretion.

gg825 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of our compliance obligations, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to processing any withdrawal. The following documents may be requested:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of gg825.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gg825 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of Wallet funds or winnings resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure Account credentials.

• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain typographical or technical errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the payment systems of BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.

In all circumstances where gg825's liability cannot be fully excluded, gg825's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
